Let's hope there is some decisive outcomes here. What worries me is that climate change is being discussed at high levels yet with a few exceptions the result on the street is business as usual.
Addressing climate change is going to require more than fancy meetings. Governments are going to have to take tough measures and it's been a long time since the Australian government here did anything even close to making a difficult decision.
Roger ... I agree... these talks are just academics explaining the science ... the next big chunk of 'tough measure' type stuff is the REDD program from the United Nations ... it's an attempt to limit deforestation ... I should do a blog on it... it's still in the oven ... lets hope it doesn't come out half baked
